Job Description
The Tesla Delivery Advisor is responsible for providing a delightful ownership experience to new Tesla customers. This involves managing the pre-delivery process, preparing all necessary documents (including loan and registration paperwork), coordinating with sales and operations teams, and hosting delivery appointments. Advisors will conduct new owner orientations, ensuring a smooth transition into Tesla ownership. They will also contribute to improving the overall delivery experience and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tesla products, services, and local EV incentives. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Tesla Delivery team is committed to providing the best ownership experience possible to our customers. The Delivery Advisor role is the direct point of contact for new customers preparing to take ownership.
What You’ll Do- Welcome customers to the Tesla family by making their journey to ownership a delightful experience
- Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to process pre-delivery, registration and delivery documents completely and accurately.
- Manage all prerequisites of the vehicle registration process for customer.
- Prepare customer loan and registration documents and collaborate with other employees/partners to ensure successful delivery appointments
- Prepare vehicles and host delivery appointments, including new owner orientations tailored to the individual customer’s needs and comfort level
- Support the Sales Manager in delivery center operations, task completion and ensuring superior customer service
- Contribute ideas toward improving the Tesla delivery experience, as well as back-end processes and procedures
- Demonstrate a mastery of all Tesla products and services, as well as local incentives for EV owners
- Keep up with industry trends and best practices
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work well with others in a team
- Self-starter who is goal-oriented and highly motivated
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Consistent record of customer service excellence
- Enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work across multiple systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license, 2-year minimum driving record required with a clean driving history
