About coliquio:
Imagine a role where your data insights drive real impact in the healthcare industry. At coliquio, Germany's largest online network for doctors, we connect 190,000 physicians to essential medical knowledge, empowering better decisions for better patient care. Founded in 2007, we’re a dynamic, cross-functional team of over 120 employees working with enthusiasm, innovation, and a strong sense of purpose. Our mission is simple yet powerful: every patient deserves the best treatment.

About the role

Are you ready to put your data analytics skills to work in a role with real purpose? As a Data Analyst with coliquio, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, helping to translate raw data into meaningful insights that enhance our platform and community. You’ll develop and maintain data dashboards and reports that keep our teams informed and empowered, leveraging your skills to shape critical decisions and fuel better outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

Data Exploration & Analysis:
  • Dive into our data warehouse to conduct exploratory analysis, spotting patterns and insights that inform future KPIs and metrics. Your SQL skills will be put to the test as you write efficient queries that bring the data to life.

Create Insightful Visualizations:
  • Build dynamic Power BI dashboards that make complex data easy to understand and act upon. Work hand-in-hand with our product and customer teams to ensure clarity, relevance, and actionability in each visualization, supported by our Data Engineering team.

Collaborate Across Teams:
  • You’ll be the go-to for data insights, working closely with various departments to understand and meet their specific data needs. You’ll translate technical findings into impactful, easily understood insights that guide teams across the organisation, from product to marketing to senior leadership.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience & Education:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
  • 3+ years as a Data Analyst, with a proven track record of driving insights and managing projects in a data-centric role.

Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong experience building interactive Power BI dashboards; DAX and M language knowledge are a big plus.
  • Skilled in data modelling and data warehousing best practices, collaborating with Data Architects and Engineers to design efficient data pipelines.
  • Analytical Skills:
  • A data storyteller, capable of extracting actionable insights from complex datasets and delivering them to internal and external stakeholders
  • A critical thinker with a knack for problem-solving, using statistical methods to produce meaningful interpretations that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Communication & Team Skills:
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude, ready to jump into discussions, offer insights, and contribute to an open, supportive culture.

Why coliquio?

This is more than a data role; it's an opportunity to make a direct impact on healthcare. As a Data Analyst with coliquio, you’ll work with purpose, knowing your insights contribute to empowering doctors and improving patient outcomes. Here, your ideas matter, your work drives change, and your career can grow in exciting ways. Plus, with a forward-thinking, supportive team, you’ll enjoy a collaborative environment that values innovation and personal growth.

What you'll get in return

  • Flexibility: Not a fan of nine-to-five and compulsory office attendance? No problem! With us, you can organize your working hours to suit you and your team and work wherever you want thanks to our Germany-wide remote concept.
  • New Work - The New Normal: Are you looking for a culture that is characterized by personal responsibility, transparency and open communication and in which agile methods and a modern work organization are used? Then you've come to the right place! Enrich us with your own ideas (e.g. at the hackathon), proactively help shape coliquio and be part of the mission to improve communication between doctors.
  • Free time: No time for relaxation? Not with us! We attach great importance to a good work-life balance and, in addition to 30 days' vacation, we also offer you the chance to take a sabbatical and a paid social day where you can volunteer.
  • Goodies: A fruit basket as a benefit is a matter of course for you? For us too! With us, you will receive a monthly allowance that you can use according to your needs (e.g. for shopping, refueling, leisure time and much more), a 200 euro allowance to set up your dream home office workstation, job bike leasing, attractive employee discounts and much more.
  • Welfare: An apple a day keeps the doctor away? We rely on other offers! Subsidies for company pension schemes, workshops on physical and mental health, but also a functioning company health management (BGM) and an Employee Assistance Program (external advice and support) are indispensable at coliquio.
  • Further development: Is it important to you to be able to develop professionally and personally in your job? Then come to coliquio! With us, you have the opportunity to work proactively on your development and we will support you in achieving your individual goals.
