Customer Experience Specialist, Delivery

As a Customer Experience Specialist, Delivery at Tesla, you'll be the face of the brand, delivering vehicles directly to customers. Responsibilities include ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience from delivery to follow-up, familiarizing customers with their new vehicles, addressing questions and concerns, acting as a chaser for other specialists, managing delivery schedules and logistics, and providing feedback to improve processes. This role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
