CS Intern

This internship offers a comprehensive experience in corporate secretarial and compliance functions. Responsibilities include drafting board meeting materials (agendas, resolutions, minutes), handling ROC filings and statutory registers, managing ISIN compliance, liaising with regulatory bodies (NSDL/CDSL/RTA/ROC/RD/revenue authorities), drafting various agreements (shareholder, investment), ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2013 and FEMA regulations, assisting with FEMA filings (FCGPR, FCTRS), participating in fundraising compliance, handling compounding/adjudication matters, supporting due diligence, secretarial audits, and ESOP management, and conducting research on corporate governance and legal frameworks. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with corporate law and regulatory compliance.
