Job Summary

Job Description

As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation to execution and administration. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that all contracts are compliant with company policies and legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include: * Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts * Managing contract renewals and amendments * Tracking contract performance and compliance * Resolving contract disputes * Maintaining contract records * Providing support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters

Must have:

Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Good to have:

Experience with contract management software
Knowledge of legal principles related to contracts
Experience in a SaaS environment
