Reporting to the Global Communications Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating and organising content for internal and external audiences, building our corporate brand presence, and ensuring that messaging across our teams and channels is seamless. Your role with us: 

Your mission should you choose to accept it, is to assist and deliver both internal and external communications for Easygo and our respective brands, Stake, Kick and Twist to our global audience. You will focus on creating, editing, and organising content for distribution across multiple channels. This role is primarily responsible for producing high-quality written materials, and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the company’s messaging.

You will also support departments' internal and external communications and change campaigns, ensuring alignment with the broader company strategy and maintaining brand cohesion as the company continues to grow. This role will see you play a pivotal role in shaping the communications function of one of Australia's fastest-growing companies.

What you will do:

  • Content Creation: create, write and edit a variety of content for newsletters, announcements, town halls and other communication materials. Ensure all content aligns with company messaging, tone, and branding standards.
  • Communication Flow and Calendar Management: Organize and manage the internal and external communications calendar to schedule and plan key updates, news, and project milestones, coordinating with relevant departments to align timing. Support the Communications Manager by coordinating communication workflows, tracking progress, and facilitating content reviews to ensure timely, consistent messaging and seamless distribution across channels. 
  • Corporate Brand Presence and External Communications: Support the company’s external brand presence by preparing key materials such as Q&As, briefing notes, and key messages for use in public relations, media engagements, and other channels as required. Ensure that all external communications—whether through the website, LinkedIn updates, or events—reinforce the company’s strategic positioning and messaging.
  • Departmental and Change Campaign Support: Collaborate with various departments to provide communication support for internal and external campaigns, including change management initiatives. Assist in aligning these communications with the overall company strategy, ensuring a consistent approach 
  • Metrics and Reporting: Generate reports on engagement and reach of distributed content to assess effectiveness and support continuous improvement in communication strategy. 

What you will bring: 

  • Experience: 2-4 years in communications, public relations, or content-focused roles, with extensive experience in writing, editing, and content management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Ensures precision in all written materials, with a focus on spelling, grammar, and consistency in tone and messaging.
  • Self-Starter and Independent Worker: Demonstrates the ability to work autonomously, managing tasks and content timelines proactively.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple content pieces and adhere to deadlines across internal and external communication platforms.
  • Writing and Editing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with experience creating content that engages a variety of audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in G-suite, Canva and communications systems and tools
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritise and handle changing requirements.
  • Proficiency in leading and measuring effectiveness of company messaging through various communication tools
  • Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Takes initiative in managing and perfecting content for distribution.
  • Collaborative: Works effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent communication standards.
  • Effective Communicator: Skilled at conveying information clearly and effectively to both internal and external audiences.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic and evolving business landscape.

  • Established media contacts and relationships in entertainment, gaming or streaming industries

About The Company

Easygo is a well-established global tech startup, we pride ourselves on being early adopters, progressive in our approach and adaptable to the ever-changing technology landscape. Our core focus is in the online gaming space building well-designed casino games, crypto platforms, and sportsbooks built on our "provably fair"​ algorithms. The products we build are used by millions of people around the world including Drake and you’ll see their logos on an EPL team, the UFC, advocated by e-gamers and in a number of other sporting places.

The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 100+ team members. Whilst the products that we build are global we have two amazing offices in the same building in the heart of the CBD with all the bells and whistles you could ever want.
