We are currently seeking a Commercial Licensor Marketing Analyst for a global children's toy company based in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time, 12-month contract opportunity with a hybrid onsite work arrangement.

As a Commercial Licensor Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in managing relationships with global partners, helping to maximize joint-licensed businesses across multiple regions including North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. You'll be part of the dynamic Entertainment Partnerships & Business Management team, collaborating with partners to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results. If you have a strong background in managing commercial partnerships, excellent communication skills, and a knack for data-driven decision-making, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with global partners to maximize the value of licensed brands and properties.
  • Strategic Management: Support the team in managing day-to-day operations and special projects within the Global Consumer Partnership team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Project Coordination: Lead initiatives by setting agendas, facilitating meetings, and ensuring clear action items are communicated and followed through.
  • Market Insight: Contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps by analyzing data and presenting findings in a clear, actionable manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing relationships with global partners and optimizing joint-licensed businesses.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading meetings, setting agendas, and driving teams to action.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Tableau is a plus. A strong analytical background with the ability to present complex data in a concise and strategic manner.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working with global teams and partners, with an understanding of diverse markets and cultural nuances.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the assignment must last a minimum of 10 weeks.
