Job Summary:

Reporting to the Broadcast Marketing Director, this position will be responsible for developing and executing broadcast marketing strategies for China, international markets, and Hong Kong. The role is essential in championing broadcast projects in order to support business objectives with key focus on China. This individual will also lead the team in the creative development and production planning for all broadcast marketing initiatives.

Job responsibilities:

  • Formulate both long-term and short-term broadcast strategies that align with business needs
  • Engage with broadcasters to explore collaboration opportunities and maximize the value of partnerships
  • Oversee the team in delivering extensive services for China, international, and Hong Kong markets
  • Collaborate with the Market team to address business and communication needs.
  • Present projects to senior executives for approval
  • Managing budgets, monitoring, and reviewing the effectiveness of broadcast initiatives
  • Work with Legal and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
  • Oversee research on the media landscape, trends related to celebrities and KOLs, and program ratings
  • Oversee and support Marketing’s KOL shooting fulfillment

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communication, or any relevant disciplines
  • Min. of 8 years of working experience in China & Asia TV Network or media agency
  • Deep understanding of media environment in China & SEA markets with developed networks in the television and social media production industry
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills for working closely with broadcast partners.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English
