Description

The B2B Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for selling Logitech’s B2B products, solutions and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts.

  • Must close the sale on products, systems and/or services. May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities.

  • Research, identify, qualify, prioritize, and track sales ready leads within a given territory

  • Utilize a consistent contact attempt process to follow-up, nurture and qualify leads generated by sales and marketing campaigns

  • Generate sales-ready meetings and qualified leads for Account Executives using Logitech's qualification criteria.

  • Follow a strategy set by leadership and achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities

  • Showroom management: Maintain showroom facility and environment and support events. Ensure the experience quality of customers in showroom showcasing.

  • Deliver presentations and demos highlighting the advantages, features, and functions of B2B products.

  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends and competition

  • Use and maintain Salesforce.com; provide metrics on leads; Leverage CRM and other tools to prospect into specific markets and verticals; Maintain detailed account profiles and lead progress.

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Highly motivated and driven self-starter with a history of achievement in personal and work goals

  • Excellent relationship building skills with a strong sense of curiosity. Possesses an innate ability to extract information and business requirement from prospects.

  • Tremendous time management and organization skills; Detail oriented and thorough.

  • Telemarketing/telesales/sales admin experience is preferred

  • Track record as a SDR achieving measurable inside sales goals using a CRM and sales automation tools in a modern sales environment

  • High degree of persistence and follow through

  • Positive and energetic phone skills and excellent listening skills

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions.

  • The desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, team environment.
