Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

The buzzing Canva London campus features several buildings around beautiful leafy Hoxton Square in Shoreditch. While our global headquarters is in Sydney, Australia, London is our HQ for Europe, with all kinds of teams based here, plus event spaces to gather our team and communities. You'll experience a warm welcome from our Vibe team at front of house, amazing home cooked food from our Head Chef and a variety of workspaces to hang out with your team mates or get solo work done. That said, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals and so you have choice in where and how you work.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive demand generation in lockstep with Regional Sales leadership.
  • Analyze local market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform regional marketing plans.
  • Define the Field Marketing strategy and calendar for the Americas region.
  • Plan and manage regional marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, executive experiences, and regional account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, in collaboration with the central marketing team.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns based on performance data to ensure high ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consistency in Canva’s enterprise messaging, positioning, and branding across all regional activities
  • Lead the research, planning, and execution of regional events, assisting the global experiential team in executing trade shows and conferences to generate leads and build relationships with key prospects.
  • Oversee event logistics, from budgeting and vendor management to post-event analysis and follow-up.
  • Work with the global Experiential team to execute event branding and creative activations.
  • Collaborate with the Partner and Alliances organization on strategic sponsorships and go-to-market execution plans at partner events.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns and report regularly on progress against company and campaign goals.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize regional marketing strategies.

You're probably a match if

  • You possess 7+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS organizations, especially those with a sales-led go-to-market strategy.
  • You have experience in marketing tools like Splash, Salesforce, BI reporting tools, whiteboarding etc. Previous Canva experience is a plus!
  • You have proven success in managing field marketing programs and relationships with large enterprise sales organizations
  • You possess strong project management, time management, and execution skills
  • You embody strong organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate the needs of sales
  • You have the ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude
  • You're skilled at managing a budget, optimizing investments, and reporting on results to stakeholders.
  • You have experience partnering with creative and content teams to ideate, optimize, and develop creatives relevant to Enterprise audiences across multiple markets.
  • You have worked in cross-functional matrix structures, contributing to the execution of integrated campaigns or field marketing.
  • You possess a strong desire to execute, drive impact, and demonstrate urgency with projects big and small.
  • You thrive in a fast-changing environment and with multiple teams relying on you.
  • You are happy to be “hands-on” — no task is too small or too big.
  • You have exceptional organization and communication skills.
