Job Description

This is a 3.5-year apprenticeship in Mechatronics (Maintenance) based in Prüm. The program offers practical, hands-on experience with a skilled training team. Apprentices will work on tasks such as inspecting and repairing machinery, reading technical drawings and schematics, assembling and disassembling components, setting up electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic controls, monitoring processes, and performing quality checks. Successful candidates will be integrated into the daily operations of a modern manufacturing facility. The program includes above-average compensation with 13 monthly salaries, 30 days of annual leave, and company participation. Post-apprenticeship, there are opportunities for long-term employment with project responsibility and career advancement.

Must have:

Realschule degree with good grades in Physics, Math, English
Structured, independent work style
Adaptability, perseverance, teamwork
Technical skills and spatial reasoning
Enjoyment of solving technical problems
Basic understanding of electronics

What You’ll Do

Überprüfen und Reparieren unseres Maschinenparks sowie Lesen, Verstehen und Anwenden von technischen Zeichnungen und Schaltplänen.
Montage und Demontage von Komponenten komplexer Maschinen und Anlagen, einschließlich der Integration empfindlicher Technologien wie Lichtschranken
Einrichten elektrischer, pneumatischer und hydraulischer Steuerungen.
Überwachen von Prozessen, Durchführen von Qualitätskontrollen und Funktionstests sowie anschließende Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen.
