we.R.play is seeking a skilled 3D Game Artist with experience in modeling and texturing environments using software like Blender, 3ds Max, Vray, and Photoshop (or equivalent). The ideal candidate possesses advanced knowledge of modeling techniques, UV unwrapping, lighting, materials, and optimization for game quality. Responsibilities include recreating environments from concept sketches and reference images, troubleshooting 3D/Unity issues, and demonstrating a strong understanding of form, shape, structure, and silhouette in modeling. Prior game production experience and Unity 3D integration are required. A passion for game development and excellent communication skills are essential.
Must have:
- Modeling & texturing experience
- Blender, 3ds Max, Vray, Photoshop knowledge
- Unity game pipeline expertise
- Advanced modeling & UV unwrapping skills
- Strong understanding of form and structure
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Game production & Unity 3D integration experience
Good to have:
- Zbrush and Mudbox experience
- Basic animation skills

Requirements
- Experience in modeling and texturing environments using Blender, 3ds Max, Vray, and Photoshop (or equivalent 3D and 2D programs)
- Advanced modeling, UV unwrapping, lighting, and materials techniques knowledge for optimized game quality
- Able to recreate environments based on concept sketches and reference imagery
- Troubleshooting 3D/Unity issues and problem solving skills
- An exceptional understanding of form, shape, structure, and silhouette in regard to modeling along with polished texturing skills
- Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude
- A passion for games
- The candidate should have prior experience in game production and unity 3D integration.
Pluses
- Experience using Zbrush and Mudbox
- Basic animation
