【岗位职责】
1.参与SOC手游产品的玩法设计和调优，能够根据产品实际情况给出合理的产品建议。同时对研发工作有充分的理解，能够推动方案的落地和实施；
2.对市场用户有较深的理解，可以梳理和解构用户需求，结合数据分析/用研方式，提出符合产品的修改建议；
3.负责规划及跟进游戏版本内容，对于游戏内各方面，包括但不限于玩法、系统、关卡、数值等，并提出优化建议；
Requirements:
1.本科以上学历，3年以上游戏行业工作经验，英语可作为工作语言；
2.对于SOC和ARPG品类有较深的理解，能够判断和寻找品类的机会方向和玩法；
3.游戏经验丰富，熟悉多种类型游戏，有较强的洞察力可以分析提炼产品关键设计要素；
4.有良好的团队协作能力、沟通交流表达能力；
5.有核心策划经验者优先；有数据运营、用研相关经验者优先。
