Job Description

The Lead Game Design position in Osaka, Japan involves designing the overall flow and progression of the game as envisioned by the director. Responsibilities include designing non-action game elements, the overall gameplay flow (including action elements), quest and event mechanics, and creating related specifications and documents. The ideal candidate possesses lead planner experience, has seen projects from development to release, and has designed and built core game systems. Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills are essential.

Lead planner experience
Project experience (development to release)

Responsibilities:

仕事内容

ディレクターの目指すゲームの全体の流れや進行をデザインする

アクション部分以外のゲームに必要な要素を構築する

アクションを含めたゲーム全体の遊びの流れをデザインする

クエストやイベントの仕組みをデザインする

関連仕様書・ドキュメントなどの資料作成

Requirements:

応募資格

・リードプランナーとしての実務経験がある方

・プロジェクト開発期から関わり、リリースまで迎えた経験

・ゲームの核となるゲームシステムを設計・構築した経験

・コミュニケーション能力、調整能力、協調性のある方

賃金
■年収額：応相談
※経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。
※固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

労働時間・休日

就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30 休憩時間 60分
フレックス制（コアタイム無し）

完全週休２日制（土日・祝日）
年末年始休暇（１２３０-０１０３）
病気休暇：１２日
入社初年度１０日、入社月により期間按分付与。翌年から１３日、在籍年数踏まえてMax２２日
