- Create amazing 3D Characters, Environments, Animations and UI for our exciting new projects
- Sculpt and model high and low polygon assets and texture them through the PBR pipeline
- Ability to make subtle distinctions between good models and textures.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to make needed adjustments to the production pipeline and art assets
- Adhering to the production schedule
Requirements
- Have skills in hard-surface modelling.
- A keen eye for spinning narrative and life into an environment.
- Understanding of real-time engines (Unreal Engine 4, Unity) and PBR pipeline.
- Excellent design thinking skills, able to solve creative problems when adapting 2D concept, balancing form and function, always being aware of the whole pipeline and the requirements.
- Exceptional technical skills, solid knowledge of 3D software (Max, Maya, Blender, Zbrush, Substance and Marmoset).
- Solid skills while using Substance Painter and Photoshop texturing, targeting physically based rendering.
- Solid understanding of the art fundamentals. A strong grasp of proportion, scale, perspective, lighting, color and volume is key.
- Excellent time management skills, able to meet deadlines and multitask.
- Excellent collaborative attitude.
