Now we are pleased to announce the vacancy for the position of Turkish/English Speaking Performance Assessment Specialist. 

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL BE:

• Monitor and assess Game Presenters and Game Hosts performance;
• Develop and maintain performance assessment records and data;
• Assure assessment activities comply with related standards and requirements;
• Perform other duties, as asked by the direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
• Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR :

• 3 months Evo experience for internal employees;
• Secondary education;
• Fluent Turkish and English languages;
• High attention to detail;
• Good spoken and written communication skills;
• Advanced level of computer skills;
• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills;
• High sense of responsibility, self-confidence and self-assurance;
• The ability to accurately fulfil the direct management orders and work tasks;
• The ability to work in a team and independently;
• The ability to work in shifts
