Participate in comprehensive training programs to learn casino game rules and dealing techniques
Assist in conducting various casino games, including blackjack, roulette, and poker
Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and casino policies
Provide friendly and professional customer service to casino patrons
Maintain a clean and organized gaming area
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for guests
Handle chips and cash accurately and efficiently
Monitor gaming activities to prevent cheating and maintain game integrity
Adapt to different shifts and working hours as required by the casino's schedule
Continuously improve skills and knowledge of casino operations
Qualifications
Must be {AGE} or older and have the right to work in the UK
Excellent numerical skills with the ability to perform quick mental calculations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
