About the team
In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of GMV of MCNs
Responsibilities
- Manage cross functional work with different stakeholders internally and externally.
- Formulate and implement short-term and long-term strategies for creators and agency partner development and engagement.
- Analyze market trends and identify potential monetization opportunities for Agency Partner and Creators.
- Lead, initiate and manage ad-hoc projects related to the growth of Agency Partner and Creators
Partnership Management:
- Provide ongoing support to Agencies and Creators to improve their performance and achieve business goals.
- Evaluate their effectiveness based on established KPIs and implement improvement plans.
Evaluation & Optimization:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including GMV, quantity and quality of content produced, GPM efficiency, and service quality.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
- Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders to continuously improve the enablers ecosystem.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above, at least 2 years of E-commerce experience
- Experience in analytics and presentation with good attention to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with project management skills
- Adaptable, fast learner result-oriented and resilient team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of building and managing strong relationships with agencies and partners.
- Deep understanding of online marketing trends and influencer marketing strategies.
- Direct seller management experience.
