TiMi strives to create high quality, highly creative games with high fidelity across a wide variety of genres and platforms.- 日本市場におけるTiMi Studio GroupのIPコラボレーションなどビジネスチャンスを捉える・実現するサポートを行い、ライセンサーとの交渉を推進すること。
- 日本のIPパートナーと良好な協力関係を構築・維持し、円滑なコミュニケーションと長期的な協力を確保すること。
Requirements:
- 日本市場におけるIPパートナーに精通している方：日本大手ゲーム会社、出版社、テレビ局、アニメ制作会社のプロデューサー、ディレクター、上級管理職との人脈を有する方。主要なクリエイターや意思決定者と積極的に確固たる関係を構築できる方
- アニメ版権・ゲーム業界で15年以上の勤務経験をお持ちの方。大手ライセンサーとのビジネスとパートナーシップを管理し、戦略的な協力関係を推進できる経験がある方。
- ゲーム業界における開発、パブリッシング、運営プロセスに精通している方。また、エンターテインメント業界の企業との協力経験がある方を優先する。
- 日本語が母国語レベルであり、英語または中国語のコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可。コミュニケーション能力に優れ、チャレンジ精神が旺盛な方。
