Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager II at Google Cloud, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects related to Enterprise Finance solutions. You'll work cross-functionally with a global team to implement and deploy these solutions, improving systems and processes for data integrity and user experience. Responsibilities include project planning and delivery, communication planning (including executive-level communication), establishing operational measurement frameworks, and developing long-term strategies. The role requires strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams and a deep understanding of project methodologies. Experience with cloud computing, enterprise finance solutions, and FinOps/Cloud-Cost-Management is highly valued.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent experience
2+ years program management experience
Experience with cloud computing and enterprise finance solutions
Cross-functional project management
Excellent communication skills

Good to have:

5+ years program management experience in cloud computing
Experience managing cross-functional/cross-team projects
Knowledge of FinOps/Cloud-Cost-Management
Experience in a distributed, highly integrated team

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management.
Experience working with cloud computing emerging technologies, enterprise finance solutions, or related technical fields.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience in program management of cloud computing emerging technologies or related technical fields.
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience working across a distributed, and highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
Knowledge of FinOps/Cloud-Cost-Management.

Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with a global geographically distributed team to understand, implement and deploy Enterprise Finance solutions.
Drive best practice improvements for both system and process to achieve data integrity, data transparency and delightful user experience.
Support the team with all required elements of project planning and delivery, using your knowledge of project methodologies including tools and techniques.
Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key stakeholder communications.
Establish an operations measurement framework also develop and execute a long term strategy.
