OVERVIEW
As a Talent Advisor, you’ll work with clients to fill their hiring needs and candidates in their job search; managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Your goal will be to maintain and grow a client portfolio and close deals in nahc.io’s core industries or lead in developing our business in a new industry. You will work closely with team members to discuss industry trends and share market intelligence, and assist one another in closing deals to ensure that we’re delivering the best results and service to our clients. Your role will grow nahc.io strategically and build on our reputation as a trusted team of consultants in all markets.

What you will need
- Prefer 2+ years of experience in the recruitment industry. Less than 2 years of experience, or work experience in human resources, sales or account servicing role with comparable goals and responsibilities in other industries will be considered.
- We’re looking for high-flyers with a track record of strong billing performance that’s looking to continue to grow their career in an environment that values its people, the team’s overall success, and believes in building long-term relationships.
- You should be self-motivated, self-disciplined and have a strong sense of accountability and ownership of your work. To thrive in this role, you’ll need communication and relationship building skills, so you should be socially confident, approachable and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- You’ll enjoy our company culture if you have the curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow professionally. We believe in investing in our people and invest in resources to help each other become better at what we do and how we do it.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
