Globalization Partners seeks a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing efforts for key partners. Responsibilities encompass aligning with Partner Account Managers, developing co-marketing plans with partner marketing counterparts, executing marketing activities (events, webinars, digital campaigns), creating compelling content, reporting on campaign performance, and collaborating across internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses 6-8+ years of experience in partner marketing within high-tech, IT, HRIS, or enterprise software, a proven track record of successful marketing programs, and strong analytical skills. They will be responsible for driving measurable results and fostering strong partner relationships.

About the position:

Globalization Partners is looking for an entrepreneurial Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to support all marketing efforts to drive engagement, branding, and demand generation with a set of specific partners. As part of our partner marketing team, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of awareness, communications, and demand generation programs that drive measurable results and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have proven programs and partner experience working in a fast-paced environment.

 

What you will do:

  • Align with Partner Account Managers to support the engagement of partners which includes onboarding, enablement, & programs development. 
  • Develop relationships with partner marketing counterparts at key partners’ level to develop and implement co-marketing plans that are measurable and compelling.
  • Drive the creation and execution of all partner marketing activities including events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Liaise with the internal creative and content team to create compelling and cohesive content and packaging to develop strong and compelling communications and programs to, through, and with partners.
  • Report on campaign performance against key business drivers and program objectives.
  • Communicate and collaborate across internal teams for clarity and alignment.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing and/or business development with high-tech, IT, HRIS or enterprise software space preferred
  • Previous track record of successful execution in marketing program with measurable results
  • Prior experience in developing and implementing B2B marketing plans
  • Skilled in Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense/ABM for job execution is advantageous
  • Strong program experience in building and executing results-driven demand generation
  • Metric-oriented with a passion for analyzing products, competitors and market dynamics
  • Ability to manage projects and make decisions across multiple opportunities and priorities
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional organizational, communication and presentation skills; specifically the ability articulate plans and results to stakeholders at all levels
  • Meticulous and quick learner with a “roll up the sleeves” approach
  • Strong ethical and optimistic mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Expected Travel -10%

 

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $104,000-$130,000 plus an annual bonus opportunity.
