As a Sr. Director, Partner Program Manager at Zscaler, you'll lead a team responsible for designing and managing high-performing partner programs supporting customer digital transformation. Key responsibilities include driving platform adoption, developing strategic growth programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance, etc.), influencing senior strategy decisions, and ensuring program alignment with company objectives. You will build and implement strategies to grow our existing ecosystem of partners with a strong portfolio of services. You will also drive continuous improvement through analytics and feedback loops.
Must have:
  • 7+ years SaaS experience in high-growth orgs
  • 5+ years running partner programs
  • 3+ years people management experience
  • Proven track record developing partner program systems and processes

We are looking for a Sr. Director, Partner Program Manager to join our channel and alliances team. Reporting to the SVP, Global Channel and Alliances, you will: 

  • Lead a team that is responsible for designing and managing programs which deliver a high performing partner ecosystem which supports our customers’ digital transformation 
  • Drive consumption and adoption of the Zscaler platform (including building and implementing strategies that will continue to grow our existing ecosystem of partners with a strong portfolio of services)
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic programs that drive growth and revenue within the Partner and Alliances Sales organization.
  • Develop a close partnership with marketing, sales, finance, legal, IT, BI, and compliance to ensure adherence and enforcement of program policies
  • Create a strong cross-company influence in senior strategy decisions which impact channel programs, and building connections across other programs 
  • Drive continuous improvement in program impact through appropriate development/use of analytics and other feedback loops while maintaining all programs align with the company’s overall business objectives and goals 

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS based, high growth organizations 
  • 5+ years of experience running partner programs, channel enablement, channel marketing and/or channel development
  • 3+ years people management experience
  • Proven track record of developing systems and processes to support partner programs 

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Cross functional leadership experience with the ability to execute in all partner segments (ISV, technology, resellers, service providers, regional SI’s, global SI’s, CSP’s, and distribution)
  • Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, the different partner business models and GTM strategies employed within this ecosystem
  • Track record of designing and managing successful programs at scale, both individually and in the context of a large program portfolio

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$196,000$280,000 USD
