Sr. Director, Financial Planning and Analysis

Position Summary

Drive financial planning and analysis activities for global Scientific Games including but not limited to Long Range Planning, Annual budgets, Forecasts, variance analysis, and other analysis. Support Board of Directors, Lending and Debt Covenants, Internal reviews, and other leadership presentations. Enhance

analytical capabilities and reporting throughout the organization.

Job Duties

Long Range (5 Year) and Budget Process (Next Year)

· Data Transformation Support and Analysis – Deeper level insights into the “why”

· Standardization of Financial Reporting and Analysis – Develop and Deploy best practices around reporting

and analysis.

· Support CFO / VP FP&A and Division Finance leaders as needed. Support Brookfield (Private Equity) as

needed

· Drive Key Initiatives around: Commercial Growth, Margin Expansion, Working Capital and Free Cash Flow

Qualifications

· Analytical Mindset

· Business and Financial Acumen

· Systems, Microsoft Suite, Hyperion, Tableau,

ERP, 3rd Party Software TBD. ·

· Strong Communication including complex financial topics to non-finance leaders · Presentation Skills (BoD, Senior Leaders, etc.) · Ability to Digest large data sets

Qualifications

Education

Masters degree preferred.
