About the Team
You’ll be joining the smart and supportive Global Growth Team that is charged with creating experiences that attract and retain new customers to OKX.
Our growing social media team drives various global brand awareness initiatives and manages product marketing initiatives to acquire and retain customers. In addition to engaging with customers through social media, the social team promotes other aspects of the business through social content.
About the Opportunity
As Social Media Manager, you'll report into OKX Social Media Director and help us increase our global social footprint.
You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Events, Partnership, Content, and Brand Design on optimizing a variety of content buckets, and whatever the next content trend is for our social channels. Additionally, you will assist with a variety of social media initiatives to grow the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Daily content creation across all Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook especially product content
Lead operational tasks relating to social media to keep things running smoothly.
Project manage multiple social media distribution requests, align expectations and prioritize editorial calendar.
Ability to travel within Asia to provide social coverage at events
Partner with brand team to bring brand moments to life in a creative way.
Partner with product marketing to bring product moments to key audiences.
Help to assist with other social team initiates, optimizations, and evergreen/trending content as we grow each channel.
Analyze key marketing metrics, especially social media analytics.
