The Social Analyst is a key client-facing role, acting as a conduit between the client and social, creative, and delivery teams, to ensure that real-time social post needs are created and published, adhering to social best practices. Interprets inbound client requests, effectively prioritizes and communicates timing expectations, coordinates and/or executes creative development, routes for approvals, and disseminates via social media publishing tool(s).
The Social Analyst has a keen interest in social creative development and is proficient in writing ad-hoc post copy. Supports editorial team with post concepting and social trendspotting. Assists with data exports and social listening to help shape content performance and community insights. Expert attention to detail to deliver and publish flawless, public-facing work. Continually evaluates and improves upon ad-hoc processes and opportunities. Has a track record of owning deliverables and maintaining a high standard of quality.
