Job Description

Tesla is seeking a Service Technician in Ilsan, Gyeonggi, Korea to perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Tesla vehicles. Responsibilities include maximizing efficiency by conducting diagnosis and repair work, using various diagnostic equipment and tools for vehicle inspection and repair, providing feedback to improve vehicle quality and service, maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work, ordering necessary parts and supplies, supporting the cleanliness of the service center, managing multiple priorities, and assisting with various tasks as needed. This role requires strong automotive repair skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate is adaptable and excels in a team environment.

Must have:

3+ years automotive tech experience
Proficient in vehicle diagnostics and repair
Strong knowledge of automotive systems
Excellent problem-solving skills
Teamwork and safety-conscious
Computer skills (Excel, Word)
Valid driver's license

Good to have:

Technical school diploma or related degree
Automotive technician certification
Experience with Tesla vehicles

Tesla 차량의 진단 및 수리 작업을 수행하여 효율성 극대화
다양한 진단장비와 수동 및 전동 공구를 활용하여 차량의 점검 및 수리작업 진행
차량 품질과 서비스의 지속적인 개선을 위한 피드백 제공
정비 과정 및 수리 작업 데이터 기록 및 보고서 작성
필요한 작업 용품 및 부품 주문
차량 및 서비스 센터 청결 유지 지원
여러 우선순위를 효과적으로 처리하고 마감일을 준수
비즈니스 상황에 따른 다양한 업무 지원

What You’ll Bring

자동차 산업에서 3년 이상의 기술 업무 경력을 보유하신 분
기술 고등학교 졸업 및 자동차 기술 관련 전문 학사 학위 우대
자동차정비산업기사 자격증 또는 관련 해당 수준의 다른 자격증 보유자 우대 및 운전면허증을 보유한 분
차량 유지보수 및 수리에 사용되는 기술, 부품, 장비에 대한 풍부한 지식을 보유한 분 (공조 시스템, 유압, 브레이크, 전자시스템 등)
새로운 서비스 기술 및 프로세스를 배우고 변화에 적응할 수 있는 분
혁신적으로 복잡한 문제 해결 및 새로운 아이디어를 제시하는 분
팀 기반 환경에서의 작업 및 안전우선의 마음가짐으로 공동 목표를 달성한 분
웹 브라우저, Excel 과 Word 와 같은 기본적인 컴퓨터 기술에 대한 이해가 높은 분
