Senior Product Engineer

Required Qualifications:  

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience

  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience

  • OR equivalent experience.

• 3+ years’ hands on experience in ATE usage, preferably Advantest 93K test platform, Pre and post silicon test engineering experience in analog mixed signal, HSIO, FPGA and SOC devices.

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications:

• Background in DFT - Design for Test techniques, product characterization. 
• Product manufactures manufacturing flows – Semiconductor manufacturing flows. 
• Background in cost reduction initiatives – Yield Improvement, test time reduction. 
• Software skills - scripting languages – Java, Perl, C or other relevant scripting language. 
• Outstanding problem solving, statistical analysis, and failure debug skills to root cause Silicon issues are required. Relevant experience in EFA and PFA – Electrical [E] & Physical [P] Failure Analysis [FA]. 
• Presentation and communication skills – Cross functional teams and Senior management.
• Statistical analysis.
• Experience working with cloud hardware infrastructures and regression test execution.
• Familiarity with additional scripting languages such as Shell or Bash

Electrical Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
