The Senior Manager, OTT will be responsible for developing and executing the annual sales strategy for DAZN’s OTT platform in Taiwan. This role will involve driving subscriber growth, engaging with sales partners across various industries, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in OTT sales and a deep understanding of the Taiwanese market. 

The internal job title will be Senior Manager, OTT. You will be based in our Taipei City office.

AS OUR NEW SENIOR MANAGER, OTT, YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

    • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy
    • Formulate and implement the annual OTT sales strategy tailored to the Taiwan market. 
    • Identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales approaches to meet market demands. 
    • Drive Subscriber Growth
    • Directly drive B2C subscriber growth through innovative marketing and sales initiatives. 
    • Utilize data and market insights to refine targeting and improve conversion rates. 
    • Engage with Sales Partners
    • Collaborate with cross-industry partners (B2B) to expand the OTT subscriber base. 
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and sales partners. 
    • Achieve Sales Targets
    • Set and meet ambitious OTT sales growth targets. 
    • Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are achieved.

    • Market Analysis
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitive positioning, consumer behaviour, and emerging trends in the OTT space. 
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis. 
    • Collaborate with Internal Teams
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. 
    • Ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives across departments. 

YOU’LL HAVE:

    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar senior position within the OTT, digital media, or related industries. 
    • Proven track record in developing and executing successful OTT sales strategies. 
    • Skills and Competencies: 
    • Strong understanding of the OTT market and consumer trends in Taiwan. 
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills. 
    • Superior communication and negotiation abilities. 
    • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making. 
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
    • Education: 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 
    • Language Proficiency: 
    • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
