The Senior Manager, Disney+ Partnerships, plays a crucial role in expanding Disney+ in Central Europe. This role involves managing existing and new partnerships, driving marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, and focusing on subscriber growth. Responsibilities include effective account management, facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners, analyzing market trends, optimizing performance, supporting budget planning, and identifying new business opportunities. The position requires close collaboration with various internal teams and external agencies. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days a week in the Warsaw office and 1 day remotely.

  • Extensive partnership management experience

Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

The Senior Manager Disney+ Partnerships role will be at the heart of Disney+ expansion, managing the day-to-day operations of both existing strategic partners and new, high-potential partnerships. This role will be focused on driving key objectives—marketing, engagement, and subscriber growth—ensuring that Disney+ continues to captivate audiences across the region.

This role is highly collaborative, working closely with internal teams across Disney+ and The Walt Disney Company (TWDC), as well as external partners and agencies.

The Senior Manager will be instrumental in shaping Disney+ presence and success in Central Europe, helping us bring the magic of Disney to more fans than ever before.

This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our Warsaw office and 1 day from home.

What You Will Do

  • Support in developing and executing marketing campaigns with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives

  • Handle effective account management

  • Facilitate communication between sales, product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize business performance

  • Support budget and strategic planning

  • Research and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Extensive experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic account management, ideally within the entertainment, media, technology, or digital sectors.

  • Familiarity with the CE market and its media landscape.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with the ability to create reports, presentations, and manage budgets.

  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to track performance and identify opportunities.

  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media strategies, and the latest trends in OTT (Over-the-Top) services and subscription models.

  • Strong team player, strategic thinker with creative mindset.

  • Proficient in English.
