Senior/Lead Front-End Developer

As a Front-End Developer, your responsibilities will include designing and implementing application interfaces based on UX designs or from scratch, while ensuring a high level of quality. You'll actively collaborate with teams, requiring excellent communication skills to gain task context and clarity. By following the best engineering practices and adhering to company/client guidelines, you will contribute to team meetings and events, promote clean code and design principles, and consistently focus on self-development and learning to improve your skills.

• Design and develop Front-End components of applications, both from provided UX designs and from the initial concept 
• Be the lead and main contributor of medium/large scale SPA 
• Ensure a consistently high standard of quality throughout development 
• Communicate effectively to collaborate and gather essential context for tasks 
• Adhere to best engineering practices and comply with company/client standards 
• Actively participate and contribute to team meetings, events, and ceremonies 
• Advocate for clean coding practices and adherence to design principles 
• Engage in continuous professional development and lifelong learning initiatives 

• At least 5 years of experience in software development 
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with extensive hands-on experience in ReactJS/Preact 
• Expertise in CSS animations, SVG, and tools such as Lottie, Remotion, and Motion Canvas 
• Strong understanding of software design principles and architecture 
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications

• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher 
• Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently 
• Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability in delivering high-quality results
