Sporty is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing global team. You will play a key role in shaping our expansion across Marketing, Operations, Media, and Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing senior talent pipelines, leading the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with senior business leaders, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing pipeline efficiency on the ATS, crafting engaging job descriptions, and working seamlessly with HR and People Operations to manage and hand over successful offers.
Must have:
  • 4+ years of experience in senior-level commercial hiring
  • Extensive knowledge of recruiting for commercial roles
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders
  • Skilled in using sourcing platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of employment regulations

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

Reports to: Commercial Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Overview:
Are you a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record in commercial hiring? Join Sporty’s growing global Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in shaping our expansion across Marketing, Operations, Media, and Finance. Working in a dynamic, fully remote environment, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives and drive hiring processes for senior-level roles while collaborating closely with our international team.

About the Team:
Our International Commercial Team supports hiring efforts worldwide, covering regions from Brazil to India, with a focus on strategic growth within new territories. We are scaling up rapidly and actively recruiting top talent across the commercial domain, especially as we expand into new regions like Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Pipeline Ownership: Manage and optimise senior talent pipelines, focusing on attracting high-caliber candidates for specialised commercial roles.

- End-to-End Recruitment Leadership: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing through to offer negotiation, especially for senior and strategic positions.

- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate directly with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.

- Advanced Candidate Engagement: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, establishing Sporty as a top-choice employer within the industry.

- ATS and Process Excellence: Maintain and enhance pipeline efficiency on the ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.

- Job Marketing: Craft engaging, tailored job descriptions that resonate with target candidates and effectively promote the Sporty brand.

- Offer Coordination: Work seamlessly with HR and People Operations to manage and hand over successful offers, facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.

Requirements:

- Experience: 4+ years of experience in senior-level commercial hiring, either in-house or within a recruitment agency environment.

- Commercial Expertise: Extensive knowledge of recruiting for commercial roles within Operations, Finance, and Marketing.

- Relationship Management: Proven ability to partner closely with senior stakeholders, providing insights and managing expectations effectively.

- Proficiency in Sourcing: Skilled in using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.

- Communication and Influence: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a talent for effectively pitching, negotiating, and closing senior candidates.

- Global Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of employment regulations across various markets.

- Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, adapting to shifting priorities and delivering on competitive timelines.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience with employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

- Proven track record of contributing to global recruitment projects and cross-functional collaboration.
