Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead the promotion and commercialization of Tencent Cloud’s upcoming chargeback protection and fraud prevention products. This role is critical in ensuring the success and market penetration of our cutting-edge financial risk control solutions within the fintech sector across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cross-border payment and financial risk control products, with proven experience in the B2B pre-sales cycle.
  • Design and expand chargeback protection and fraud prevention products, ensuring alignment with client requirements and market demands.
  • Collaborate with clients in Southeast Asia to analyze and test our chargeback protection and fraud prevention products, gather market and user requirements, and conduct thorough research and analysis.
  • Continuously optimize and enhance our products and solutions to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Manage the pre-sales cycle and drive the commercialization of our chargeback protection and fraud prevention products within the fintech sectors across Southeast Asia.
  • Achieve revenue KPI targets by effectively positioning and selling our products to prospective clients.
  • Utilize knowledge of credit card fraud prevention and chargeback protection to develop and implement solutions that minimize these risks for clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant technical, pre-sales implementation, and/or consulting experience managing cross-border payment and financial risk control products in the Southeast Asian financial industry.
  • Strong experience and knowledge in credit card fraud prevention and chargeback protection, with an understanding of risk control strategies in these areas.
  • Possess a strong market sense and industry experience with excellent ability to integrate information, organize logic, and refine viewpoints to effectively drive internal and external conversations towards common goals.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin to facilitate product discussions with clients and our China headquarters.
  • Enthusiastic and responsible with good coordination skills, a spirit of teamwork, and an open-minded approach.
