Job Description

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our team for an important European client. You will be responsible for writing, maintaining, and executing test plans including automated test cases based on User Acceptance Criteria. You will also develop and implement Test automation frameworks for functional and non-functional testing, defining and writing step definitions for automated test scenario creation. You will be the first line of defence when analysing Test automation scenario failures, notifying the proper team and ensuring issues are fixed. You will collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals.

Previous working experience with SaaS products

Requirements and responsibilities

Writing, maintaining, and executing test plans incl. automated test cases based on User Acceptance Criteria
Development and implementation of Test automation frameworks for both functional and non-functional testing, keywords and classes needed
Defining and writing down step definitions to use in the process of automated test scenario creation (create high quality, maintainable, and performant code)
First line of defence when analysing Test automation scenario failures from nightly runs, taking care of notifying the proper team (to fix the failure) and making sure the issues are indeed fixed
Collaborating with other team members on shared goal, make TA great again
