What will you do?
- Championing the Brand on social media: Devise and execute comprehensive social media strategies to establish the brand as a beloved and captivating presence within the industry. Create compelling and imaginative content that resonates with the target audience, nurturing brand affinity and loyalty.
- Formulating Content Strategies and Creating Content: Generate, curate, and craft captivating and shareable content across various social media platforms. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
- Pioneering Innovative Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute groundbreaking social media campaigns, contests, and activations that amplify brand visibility and engagement.
- Social Media Analytics & Reporting: Be proficient in digital media planning and tracking regular data analytics across IG, FB, TW, Google etc.. Proficiently use Meta Business Suite, Meltwater and other such platforms to track paid and organic data for campaigns and create robust campaign reports. Track share of voice, engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness across platforms; utilize insights to refine strategies and optimize future campaigns.
- Presenting Ideas & Analytics: Skillfully use Excel to assess and present social media performance metrics. Well versed with PowerPoint to aesthetically create decks and present data and ideas to a room full of marketers.
- Observing Trends and Adapting: Stay abreast of social media trends, emerging platforms, and shifts in user behavior to adapt strategies and tactics accordingly
- Fostering Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to align social media efforts with the overall brand strategy
Who should apply?
- Candidates with 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferred in in the entertainment, media, or OTT industry
- Candidate must be proficient in digital media planning and tracking data analytics through Meta Business Suite, Metlwater and other platforms. Must be well-versed with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Individuals having profound understanding of social media platforms, trends, and industry best practices
- A strong sense of creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, enabling the creation of captivating and compelling content
