THE CHALLENGE

As part of the Global Total Rewards team the Sr Executive Compensation Analyst will primarily be responsible for designing and managing the administration of executive compensation programs and processes, benchmarking best practices in design, presenting analysis/findings, and developing recommendations to leadership. You will prepare and provide content for compensation committee meetings, as well as support and contribute to the preparation of the Compensation Discussion & Analysis section of the Annual Proxy Statement. You will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, and provide support to the Equity Admin team, where needed. You will be expected to work with other Total Rewards team members and external consultants to deliver on key projects, deliverables, and programs.

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE ON

  • Support the design and delivery of executive compensation programs in line with business needs, culture, and values.

  • Recommend and enhance current programs, policies, and processes for both short-term and longer-term business needs and goals. Model potential impact of design changes

  • Maintain awareness of the latest trends, regulations, and competitive intelligence regarding VP+ compensation.

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of the equity strategy including burn rate, overhang analysis and other dilution analysis.

  • Oversee analysis related to cost and trends and provide analytical data management support for measurement and tracking of key HR-related metrics.

  • Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee and broader Board of Directors meetings in partnership with Finance, Legal and external consultants.

  • Assist in preparing compensation-related proxy tables and assist with the preparation of the Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) for inclusion in the annual proxy statement

  • Work independently and with other compensation team members to effectively manage projects from inception through execution

  • Assist with STI and LTI plan design

  • Advanced analytical problem-solving skills and ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical systematic way; consistently prepare accurate and timely analyses.

  • Strong business and financial acumen, understanding tax and budget implications of compensation

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for executing and auditing work

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, decision-making, and planning skills

  • Experience working for multi-national businesses

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience. Executive comp and equity admin experience preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or other relevant field.

  • Working knowledge of Workday HRIS preferred.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word & PowerPoint.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.

  • Ability to analyze, manipulate, make observations about, and present data.

  • Excellent ability to effectively communicate both written & verbally with strong client focus.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to organize, set priorities, be self-motivated, and learn independently.

  • Ability to complete multiple projects within established deadlines in an ambiguous environment.

  • Ability to successfully work in a team environment.

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $91,100 and $134,840 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
