Job Description

Senior Backend Engineer for a global, realistic 3A action game. Responsibilities include core architecture design and development, development and maintenance of the game's basic platform, designing and developing game server system modules, and ensuring server-side performance, stability, security, and efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, 5+ years of Linux game backend development experience, strong C/C++ skills under Unix/Linux, familiarity with scripting languages (shell/Python), and a solid understanding of networking, operating systems, databases, and multithreading. Experience with large-scale, high-performance, distributed development is preferred, as is experience with complete network game projects and successful online products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Must have:

5+ years Linux game backend exp.
C/C++ under Unix/Linux
Shell/Python scripting
Networking, OS, DB, multithreading
Core architecture design & dev.
Game platform dev & maintenance
Server system module design & dev.

Good to have:

Large-scale, high-performance, distributed dev.
Complete network game project exp.

Responsibilities:

1.负责游戏后台核心架构设计及开发；
2.负责游戏基础平台的开发与维护；
3.负责游戏服务器系统模块设计和开发工作；
4.对服务器端性能，稳定性，安全性，效能等多方面质量负责。

Requirements:

1.本科及以上学历，5年或以上Linux游戏后台开发经验；
2.熟悉Unix/Linux操作系统下的C/C++开发，熟悉shell/python/一种或以上脚本语言；
3.拥有扎实的编程基础，熟悉网络编程、操作系统、数据库、多线程等基础知识；
4.对海量、高性能、分布式开发有经验者优先；
5.具备完整的网络游戏项目开发经验，有成功线上产品者优先；
6.熟悉游戏开发过程中的细节，具备优秀的分析解决问题能力和沟通协作能力和抗压能力。
