Job Description

The Game Client Reception Manager at Tencent is responsible for maintaining high-level relationships with global partners, planning and executing global events (primarily overseas), managing daily department operations, and fostering a positive team environment. This role requires strong communication, cultural understanding (especially in Europe, America, Japan, and Korea), and event planning experience. Responsibilities include understanding business needs to drive growth, coordinating internal and external collaborations for events, planning and hosting events for S-level game industry clients, and conducting knowledge training and team-building activities. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of event planning experience, especially in Europe and America, deep game industry knowledge, and fluency in English.

Must have:

3+ years event planning experience (especially in Europe/America)
Fluent in English, knowledge of Japanese/Korean preferred
Strong communication & cultural understanding (EU, US, Japan, Korea)
Global game industry knowledge
High-level partner relationship management

Good to have:

Strategic partnership management or PR experience

岗位职责

规划维护全球重要合作伙伴高层关系，理解和分析业务需要，保障和促进业务突破；
策划并实施全球To B events（海外为主），协调内外部合作，对活动成效负责；
策划并接待全球游戏行业S级客户，洞察挖掘客户需求，深刻影响客户关系；
负责部门日常运营，促进部门高效运转，实施文化建设、知识培训、团队分享等部门活动

岗位要求

3年以上的活动策划实施经验，尤其是在欧美区域开展的events；
热爱游戏行业，对全球游戏行业有较好的认知，能快速上手行业知识；
英语可以作为工作&生活语言；有日语或韩语能力更佳。
优秀的中英文沟通表达能力，充分理解欧欧美日韩文化与沟通技巧，能承担各类书面和口头沟通任务；
具有良好的团队意识，快速学习能力突出，执行力强，抗压性强；
具有战略合作伙伴管理经验或公关，总裁助理等相关工作经验优先
