Job Description

This Senior 3D Character Designer role at Tencent's TiMi Studio Group involves creating high-quality, stylized realistic character models for a new AAA shooting game. Responsibilities include designing and modeling beautiful faces, developing high-poly character models and assets, integrating assets into the game engine, and collaborating with other teams. The role also requires overseeing outsourced art production, ensuring quality control, and continuously generating commercial assets (characters, skins, weapons, vehicles etc.). Candidates should have strong skills in creating stylized realistic faces, experience with next-gen character modeling and engine materials, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in character design.

Must have:

High-quality stylized realistic character modeling
Next-gen character modeling & texturing expertise
UE engine proficiency & asset integration
5+ years experience in character design
Strong aesthetic sense & problem-solving skills

岗位职责

1. 根据项目要求制作出高水准的美型脸部模型；

2. 完成高品质次世代角色模型，资源整理，引擎合入验证，效果跟进；

3. 制作面向全球的商业化内容制作（角色/皮肤/枪械/坐骑等）；

4. 配合其他模块完成角色以及皮肤的整套流程；

5. 审核子公司/外包的美术产出并迭代效果，持续输出商业化资源。

岗位要求

1.擅长次时代美型脸部的制作，学习能力强，研究相关妆容，制作出不同风格的脸部；

2.有次时代角色服装类的制作经验，对引擎材质有更好的理解，能不断尝试去提升品质；

3.美术专业相关，5年以上角色相关制作经验；

4.审美能力优秀，能及时发现问题并改善；

5.能熟练使用UE引擎，完成并验收跟进表现效果；

6.热爱游戏行业，有较强的责任心，工作投入度高，配合团队完成任务。
