Job Description

EliseAI is seeking a Business Development Associate to support the identification and implementation of strategic partnerships during our high-growth stage. You will be crucial in helping us access new markets and enhance our product offering. Through diligent research and support of our partnerships, you will contribute to our mission, enabling continuous innovation and added value to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential strategic partners that align with EliseAI’s business objectives. Support the development and implementation of partnership strategies to drive growth, enhance products, and expand market reach. Assist with the coordination and management of partnership agreements to ensure successful integrations. Work collaboratively with product, marketing, and sales teams to support the seamless execution of partnership initiatives. Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing partnerships, assisting in the analysis to optimize collaboration and identify growth opportunities. Conduct detailed market research to stay informed about industry trends and potential partnership opportunities.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, investment banking, venture capital, or related
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to take ownership, be autonomous, and thrive in working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work in person at NYC headquarters 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range:

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
