Control the execution of tasks on sales volumes and market share
Make forecasts on sales volumes
Assure, support, implement retail sales

Provide execution of planned figures concerning profit
Provide stock control
Control dealer performance for sales volumes, CVS level and standards implementation
Consistent upgrade of Distributor sales related operations – Dealer business relations concerning Sales process
Provide various reports on Sales process and results
Organize the work of Sales Department
Identify Sales Goals
Provide Training Opportunities. It's likely that training Sales managers lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data
