Job Description

Annalect India seeks a Search & Social Lead to manage programmatic, search, and social media campaigns end-to-end. Responsibilities include creating detailed media plans aligned with business objectives, translating business KPIs into channel KPIs, campaign setup and management (on time, on budget, on target), performance tracking and reporting, campaign analysis and optimization, troubleshooting performance issues with platform teams (Meta, Google, Bing), providing campaign insights, and training team members. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SEM and social media marketing experience in a leadership role, proficiency in various platforms and analytics tools, and strong project and team management skills.
Must have:
  • Manage end-to-end Search & Social campaigns
  • Create detailed media plans
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, etc.
  • Experience with DSPs (DV360, Amazon, TTD)
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills
  • Team leadership and management
Good to have:
  • Master's degree in related field

Responsibilities

  • Managing Programmatic, Search & Social campaigns end to end including setup, optimizations & reporting.
  • Creation of detailed Search & Social media plans in line with business objectives and campaign brief
  • Translates business KPIs in channel KPIs
  • Creation and set up of the campaign
  • Management of search campaigns on time on budget on target
  • Tracks performance in reporting & dashboards
  • Analysis and optimization of the campaigns
  • Works with Meta, Google & Bing team to troubleshoot performance related issues.
  • Campaign insights into Meta & Google strategy as well as a cross-channel media strategy.
  • Train Analyst level team members on latest biddable aspects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (a relevant Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in search engine marketing (SEM) and social media marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role
  • Knowledge of search engine platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Manged performance of campaigns across different DSPs including but not limited to DV360, Amazon and TTD
  • Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media analytics platforms
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, Strong leadership and team management abilities,
