Job Description

N-iX is seeking a Middle Mobile QA Engineer with automation skills to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of QA experience, 1+ years of experience with mobile testing (iOS, Android), experience testing RESTful web services using tools like Postman, and experience writing automated tests in Python. The role will involve defining test plans, executing tests, reporting results, testing RESTful web services, manual testing of mobile apps (30-40%), and writing automated tests using Appium (60-70%). The team consists of 2 Android developers, 2 iOS developers, and 2 QA engineers. The application serves over a million users and is a native app for both Android and iOS platforms.

Must have:

3+ years of QA experience
1+ years of mobile testing (iOS, Android)
Experience with RESTful web services testing
1+ years of experience writing automated tests in Python
Working knowledge of relational databases
Intermediate level of English

Good to have:

Experience with Appium
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology

N-iX is looking for a Middle Mobile QA Engineer with automation skills to join the team.

Our client is looking for an experienced QA/AQA Python Engineer to test their mobile application. The app is serving over a million users that rely on it for their day-to-day job. The app is a native app for both Android and iOS platforms. You will work in a team of 2 Android devs, 2 iOS devs, and 2 QA, and will perform manual testing of the apps as well as automation tasks using Appium.

Responsibilities

Defining test plans and test cases, executing them, and reporting results
Testing RESTful web services directly using tools such as Postman
Testing mobile apps (iOS, Android) manually (30-40%)
Writing automated tests in Python using Appium (60-70%)

Requirements

3+ years of QA experience
1+ years of experience with mobile testing (iOS, Android)
Experience with testing RESTful web services using tools such as Postman
1+ years of experience writing automated tests in Python
Experience with Appium is a plus
Working knowledge of relational databases is a plus
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced methodology such as Agile/Scrum
At least Intermediate level of English knowledge
