Ramsey Solutions is looking for Client Relationship Managers to help serve existing customers and onboard new business!

What Winning Looks Like:

• Regular communication with existing customers
• Maintain high monthly retention of client base
• Maintain detailed notes of all interactions and activities with accounts in our CRM
• Lead group coaching video calls with clients
• Foster a high level of accountability with clients

Skills Needed to Win:

• Prior sales or client relationship experience preferred
• Ability to build relationship and serve all type of business professionals
• Willingness to travel on occasion
• Experience using the Microsoft office suite is required
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus 

Targeted Compensation for Year 1: $50,000 - $60,000/year* (includes base and commission)

*Range depends on skill level, overall experience, and performance-based commission. As you progress through the growth track after year 1, there is potential to increase your earnings up to $90,000/year.
