Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, solutions-driven, and pedagogical professional to support our business units (Finance, HR, Production, etc.) in managing and enhancing their reference data. As part of the Data Office department, you will serve as a strategic bridge between the business teams, the Data Office, and IT teams. Your role will be pivotal in identifying, structuring, and prioritizing business needs while delivering tailored solutions.

Success in this position requires excellent communication skills adapted to various stakeholders, a knack for explaining and advocating governance principles, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. You will ensure the coherence of reference data while promoting shared standards.

Your missions:

Support Business teams in managing their reference data:

  • Assist the teams in formalizing and prioritizing their needs
  • Guide the teams towards realistic solutions aligned with the group’s strategic objectives while considering their operational constraints.

Proposal and implementation of solutions:

  • Design or optimize reference data and processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into concrete solutions.
  • Implement clear governance standards tailored to different business areas..

Communication and pedagogy:

  • Explain reference data and their challenges to diverse audiences.
  • Create and deliver informative materials to promote best practices.

Collaboration and governance:

  • Work with diverse Busines teams while ensuring global consistency.
  • Identify optimization opportunities in existing processes and propose improvements.
  • Document and promote governance standards.

Qualifications

Relevant experience:

  • Experience in an international environment or working across various business domains (Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.).
  • Proficency in using collaborative and management tools.
  • Knowledge of ERP or Master Data Management tools is a plus.

Skills and knowledge:

  • Multitasking and adaptability.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills to structure and prioritize needs.
  • Communication skills tailored to diverse stakeholders (technical/functional, with diverse activity types, etc.).
  • Governance skills and implementing standards.
  • Proficiency in English - mandatory

Additional Information

Recruitment process

  • [30 minutes]: Phone interview with a Recruiter,
  • [60 minutes]: Video interview with the Director of Data Referential & Operations and a Recruiter,
  • [60 minutes]: Video interview with 2 Partner Directors.
