Talent Sourcing:Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screening and Assessment:Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the position and company culture.
Interview Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
Candidate Relationship Management:Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:Extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate salary and benefits packages when necessary, and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
Data Management:Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, applications, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems or other HR software.
Requirements:
Education:A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field is often preferred.
Experience:Prior experience in recruitment, either in an HR role or as a recruiter in a staffing agency, is usually required. Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software is also beneficial.
