Job Description

As a Product Manager for Google Cloud Business Platform, you'll guide products from conception to launch, bridging the technical and business worlds. You'll break down complex problems, driving product development through collaboration with engineers, designers, marketers, and other teams. Responsibilities include understanding cloud markets, launching new products and features, testing performance, and iterating quickly. You'll collaborate across teams on cutting-edge technologies and develop solutions across regions, product areas, and functions, focusing on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring solutions to users. The role demands strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative products that affect millions.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years in product management or related technical role
3+ years taking products from conception to launch
Cross-functional collaboration
Problem-solving and product development skills

Good to have:

Experience in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, big data, security, AI/ML
Managing technical and design direction
Knowledge of Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Support, Finance, Marketing

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in one or more of the following: cloud infrastructure, SaaS, big data, security and privacy, development and operations, or artificial intelligence/machine learning.
Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
