This role leads the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Google's Web Sellside products. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, partnering with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business, Marketing), developing and executing GTM plans (lead generation, business enablement, marketing campaigns, customer communication), driving global alignment, and contributing to the overall product roadmap. The ideal candidate will deeply understand publisher needs and challenges, advocating for exceptional product value. This position is within Google's Global Partnerships organization, responsible for exploring and developing new opportunities with Google's partners.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in product management, marketing, consulting, or project management in technology
  • Experience with Product/Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products
  • Experience managing projects with stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Ability to structure compelling storylines and build presentations
  • Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives
  • Excellent project management and strategic thinking skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical business).
  • Experience managing projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
  • Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive-level contexts.
  • Excellent project management and strategic thinking skills.

In this role, you will lead the charge by developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our Web Sellside products, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will be an advocate for our publishers, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value by deeply understanding their needs and the challenges they face.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and shape product strategy.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Business, and Marketing teams to drive product development, incorporate market feedback, and ensure successful product adoption.
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans encompassing lead generation, business enablement, marketing campaigns, and customer communication.
  • Drive global alignment and adapt to local market nuances through collaboration with regional and in-country teams.
  • Contribute to the overall product goal and roadmap, working alongside product and business leadership to define priorities and drive growth.
