Job Description

Lead a team of product managers to deliver roadmaps for Google Vids. Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Engineering, UX, Marketing) to craft long-term product vision. Work with peer leads to ensure successful product launches. Partner with intelligence teams to define and execute on the generative AI roadmap for video creation products. Requires 10+ years in product management, 5+ years in security/privacy product development, and 5+ years in people management. Experience with Generative AI and video creation products is essential. The role involves leading a team, collaborating extensively with different departments, and shaping the future of video creation within Google.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
5 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or a related area.
5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
Experience with Generative AI or Machine Learning products or features.
Experience with product management building video creation products.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
Knowledge in building accessibility best practices, and experience incorporating inclusion and accessibility into product development methodologies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$305,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Lead a team of IC product managers to deliver quality roadmaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Engineering, UX, UX Researchers, Marketing) to craft the long-term idea.
Work as needed with peer leads in Editors to ensure success of new product launch.
Partner with intelligence teams within Workspace and across Google to define and execute on generative AI roadmap.
