Team Introduction At the heart of our organization's procurement excellence lies our dedicated Procurement Strategy and Data Insights team. We are a specialized group of strategists and data analysts committed to transforming procurement practices through innovative strategies and data-driven insights. Our primary responsibility is to design and implement procurement management strategies that not only meet current business needs but also anticipate future demands. We are dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leveraging data to enhance procurement management and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Job Description 1. Conduct an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of various procurement functions and regions worldwide, establish business indicators across different dimensions, measure the procurement performance of different countries and categories, promptly identify business risks and pain points, and contribute to the enhancement of procurement capabilities and efficiency. 2. Carry out operational analysis of ByteDance's procurement management, liaise with relevant teams, conduct special analyses and research based on needs, and produce strategic recommendations and promote their implementation. 3. Provide an external perspective, study industry trends and best practices of competitors, and offer comprehensive and in-depth participation in management strategy decision-making. 4. Daily work includes, but is not limited to: market/competitive product research, breaking down and planning of procurement business objectives, operational analysis review and special analysis, coordination of complex projects, etc.

Minimum requirements: 1. Skilled in in-depth thinking, highly curious and insightful about new things, passionate about management topics and the B2B industry. 2. Abundant experience in strategy/business analysis. 3. Effective stakeholder management skills, able to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders fluently. Preferred requirements: 1. Excellent logical thinking and business analysis skills (problem decomposition, information gathering, logical exploration, abstraction, model building/data analysis, etc.). 2. Strong communication skills, capable of effectively driving cross-team collaboration; high stress resistance, responsible, and execution-oriented. 3. Familiarity with advanced procurement tools and methodologies would be a plus.
